VCD Plus is a VCD Player with bookmark function, shortcut in fullscreen mode, changing of sound channel, etc. This player is build
to replace MS Multimedia Player.

1. System Requirement
=====================
I)   Pentium II 233 and Windows 9x or 2000
II)  Min Ram 16, Recommended 32
III) CD-ROM 8X
IV)  Min resolution of 16 high color, 640 x 840, Recommended 800 x 600
     Above 1024 x 768 is not recommended unless you have a large      montior.


2. Installation
===============
I)   Unzip everything to a temp folder and run setup.exe or
     click on the Setup button in Winzip.
II)  Follow the instruction.
III) If the setup say it can't write a file because it is in use by
     the system, just ignore it.

3. Shortcut in Fullscreen mode
===========================
Esc		->	Return to normal mode.
Left Arrow Key	->	Rewind		(Hold down the Key)
Right Arrow Key	->	Fast Forward	(Hold down the Key)
Up Arrow Key	->	Vol Up		(Hold down the Key)
Down Arrow Key	->	Vol Down	(Hold down the Key)
Num 1 to 9	->	Change track from 1 to 9
,		->	Play
.		->	Pause
/		->	Stop
Z		->	Sound Channel Left
X		->	Sound Channel Right
C		->	Sound On
V		->	Sound Off

I)   Able to change sound channel. If your VCD has two
     sound channel, ( File format must be in stereo sound )
     and you heard two sound, such as Chinese on the left and English       on the right. Turning on the Left channel, you will hear chinese       and by turning on the right, you will hear English.

II)  Able to change the rate your movie is running.

III) Changing of track is make easier. (Compare with MS Multimedia          Player)

IV)  Able to seek exact timing of movie.

V)   Shortcut is supported in fullscreen mode. Such as fast forward,
     change track, increase/decrease volume etc.

VI)  Auto jump to next track when current track reach to
     the end.

5. Bugs
